Well Grounded LLC was established in 2022 with a mission to bring a new level of care and quality to the electrical industry. With a background that spans years of experience in both residential and commercial work, the founder witnessed firsthand the lack of attention to quality and personal care that often prevailed in these sectors.

Starting out in residential production work, it quickly became clear that the standard for craftsmanship and customer care was far from ideal. The same was true in commercial projects, where quality was sometimes compromised and personal attention was almost nonexistent. It was during these years of experience in remodels and custom lighting that the vision for Well Grounded LLC began to take shape—one centered on uncompromising quality and exceptional service.
